Its the inspiration and creative work of Fran Werner who hasn't really created a translation; its more of a Translinear Bible which substitutes the consistent Strongs word throughout the Old Testament.  A very unique idea that creates a whole new way to read the Scriptures.

Firestorm Technologies created the ARTB Bible database search engine for displaying verse lookup, Strongs number and word searching and display, and Concordance searching and display.  Firestorm also took the original static website and created a dynamic site allowing the author to create and post unique commentaries on words and topics. This also allows for scholar input and book sales.
